Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No card to create a workspace and browse the catalog. A card is required to start the 14-day trial. This protects compute resources and ensures departments are doing real work for serious operators.

What happens after the 14 days?

Your trial converts to a paid plan when it ends. You will see your options and exact pricing inside your workspace before any charge. Cancel anytime.

How does this compare to hiring a human?

A Director-led Alyvon department replaces work typically done by multiple analysts, managers, or coordinators. Unlike a human hire, departments are productive in minutes, work continuously, and can be released without severance.

What counts as a "run"?

One run is one task you assign, like "summarize this week's pipeline" or "draft a blog post on X." A department may execute many tool calls inside a single run, but you're billed per task assigned, not per token consumed.

Can I bring my own Anthropic API key?

Yes. Bring-your-own-keys (BYOK) is available on Enterprise plans. You can bring Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google credentials. On other plans, we handle the model layer for you on Anthropic's infrastructure.

Can I really swap specialists anytime?

Yes. Swap as often as your plan allows. Every swap preserves your task history and integrations. No re-onboarding required.

Is my data secure?

OAuth tokens are stored securely with Composio, never directly in Alyvon. SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress. Enterprise plans include dedicated runtime, customer-controlled VPC, and audit logs. We never train models on your data.
